By accessing or using Gasless ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gasless Labs. By creating a wallet or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Gasless provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that enables users to send, receive, and manage digital assets across multiple blockchain networks. The Service includes gasless transaction relay capabilities powered by account abstraction technology.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your seed phrase, private keys, and wallet password. Gasless does not store, have access to, or have the ability to recover your private keys or seed phrase. Loss of these credentials will result in permanent loss of access to your assets.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) maintain the confidentiality of your recovery phrase; (b) accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; (d) not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. No Financial Advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Token prices, balance displays, and market data are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate.
6. Transaction Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge that: (a) transactions cannot be canceled or reversed once submitted; (b) network congestion may cause delays; (c) smart contract interactions carry inherent risks; (d) Gasless is not responsible for any losses resulting from user error or blockchain network issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gasless Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of digital assets, profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Gasless Labs ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Gasless wallet application.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
As a non-custodial wallet, we do not collect, store, or have access to: (a) your private keys or seed phrase; (b) your wallet password; (c) your wallet balances or transaction history; (d) any personal identification information.
2. Local Storage
All wallet data, including your encrypted keys, transaction history, and preferences, is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
3. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party blockchain networks, price data providers, and RPC endpoints. These services have their own privacy policies. We use price data APIs solely to display market information and do not share your wallet address or personal data with these services.
4. Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as page views and feature usage to improve the Service. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
5. Cookies
The Service does not use tracking cookies. Local storage is used solely for wallet functionality and user preferences.
6. Data Security
While we implement industry-standard security practices for our infrastructure, the security of your wallet ultimately depends on your own practices. We strongly recommend: (a) keeping your seed phrase offline and secure; (b) using a strong, unique password; (c) keeping your browser and device software up to date.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
